I am confident you will find my prices competitive and affordable. My hourly rate of £25. Most jobs take between 1 to 3 hours to complete if I am in your home and it takes more than 3 hours I will have to take your PC to my home to fix at no extra cost. I offer three types of service below:

1)
'In your home service' this will involve me coming to your home at a suitable time there is a small callout fee of £25
2)
'Bring to me service' this involves you bringing your computer/laptop to me to allow me time to fix your computer this is my preferred method. I can also pick up and return your computer for a small fee usually £10.
3)
'Remote control service' if you work in an office I’m sure you are aware of this.
I will nearly almost always recommend that I carry out a computer diagnostics on your computer this will include a free written quotation of any works and parts that need to be carried out.

Consumer Protection ( Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 . Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you as customer are entitled to cancel this contract within 7 days of agreeing to the service or callout charge. You must do so by email or letter only. If however you wish me to perform the service within these 7 days you will be asked to confirm this either over the phone or by email.. Be advised however, that as soon as you do so and I start your service, your right to cancel the service will end.
